FOR ALL ATHLETES
A lot of times as athletes, we focus on things we cannot control.
- The decisions of the officials
- What others think
- Your teammates behavior
- The other team and their actions/Behavior
Other Times, we can’t directly control things but our actions may help to contribute to them. These include
- The Score of a game
The problem with this is we often focus too much on the scores, results and stats and NOT ENOUGH on the things we can actually control
YOU ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU!!!!
